The Sewa Foundation Nepal a Civil Society Organization for highly seeking technical services from the qualified and motivated middle and senior-level professionals for short-term positions focused on monitoring tools development 2.0. The assignment will be effective from December 11th to mid-March 2026, with work scheduled over four months according to the number of days assigned per position.

Interested candidates who are based in Lumbini Province (Rapti Valley, Deukhri) are encouraged to submit their CVs, including per-day daily rates, to sewafoundation2061@gmail.com by 5th December 2025.

Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in government, development sectors, and those residing in Lumbini Province.

 Position: GEDSI Expert (one person five working days) 

Responsibilities:

• Provide GEDSI inputs in designing monitoring platform in the Lumbini Provincial Planning Commission, Information and Communication Technology Pratisthan of Lumbini
• Ensure GEDSI requirement for inclusive development indicators developed monitoring platform for long term institutional ownership

–Master’s degree or preferable PhD in development studies

Position: Planning Experts (8 people 10 working days each)

Responsibilities:

• Provide inputs in stakeholder mapping and need assessment of monitoring platform for real-time monitoring
• Propose required data for monitoring against second periodic plan
• Provide data flow system of local government to sectoral ministries
• Ensure sectoral requirement in final product

Position: Data Expert/ Statisticians (one person 20 days)

-Master’s degree or in economics preferable statistics

Responsibilities:

• Seek support from various sectoral experts to identify gap in data requirement and use of data in related ministries.
• Support PSC in development of data integration framework to link with the National Statistics Office (NSO) and local government MIS for standardized data collection and reporting

Position: Researcher (one person 40 days) 

Responsibilities:

• Collect required data/information from filed (selected local /provincial governments)
• Collect information and analyse the preliminary data which are suitable for designing M& indicators

-Master’s degree or bachelor’s with 5 years development studies

Position: Project Coordinator (One person four months for internal candidates only)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange field level logistic to deliver tailored training programs for provincial and local government officers on data entry, analysis, visualization, and platform utilization.
• Coordinate and arrange filed level logistic in conduction of hands-on workshops for different user groups (government, development partners)
• Develop field plan, communication and support in coordination with Team Leader.
• Arrange logistic for field visit of Sewa team
• As per assigned tasks by the Team Leader

Position: Finance Officer (One person four months)

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial documentation and compliance
• Support Project Coordinator in identification of required vendors
• Procurement of training materials and hire other equipment as needed
• Deposit and work tax related work
• Prepare timely manner financial report and submit to the TAF/FCDO
